Harris / Municipal Software offers unparalleled customer support via our team of highly knowledgeable and professional software support analysts.  Our annual service agreement includes unlimited technical support.  MSI support hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.  24 hour support is available upon request. 

The MSI Support Team provides two contact options should support issues arise:

  • Contact Us On-line - Click the "Login!" button in the left sidebar of this Support page to access the Customer Login area, and fill out the Service Request Form.  This option tends to produce the quickest response time and is the Support Team's preferred method of contact.

  • Contact Us via Telephone - Simply call Harris Support at (866) 450-6696.  Your call will be answered by a Call Coordinator who will open a new support ticket and an MSI Support Analyst will return your call within the 2 hour response commitment, although calls are often returned within the hour.

MSI also offers VNC technology to resolve support issues:

  • VNC Support - VNC technology enables an MSI support rep to securely access your MSI data and/or view your MSI screen to quickly and easily assess your support issue and bring it to resolution.  Internet access is required for VNC support.  Contact the MSI Support Team for additional information.

MSI has a 2 hour commitment when responding to support issues, although our Support Team prides itself on frequently responding within the hour.
