MSI Offers the Following Professional Services:

 
 

 

Municipal Software, Inc.'s professional staff will partner with your municipality to insure that your system is up and running efficiently and effectively, with minimal interruption in your day-to-day business operations.  The MSI Team is ready to assist you with the following mission critical phases of your new system installation:

 

Project Management

Municipal Software, Inc. assigns a Project Manager to oversee your new system implementation.  Your MSI Project Manager is a dedicated professional who is willing to assist you throughout each stage of your new system implementation.  Their ultimate goal is to help you maximize your return on your software investment.

 

Implementation

An MSI software specialist will install your MSI software, and insure that all components are functional prior to the start of training.

 

Conversion

Conversion services are available for new clients who will be switching from a previous software system.  Please check with your account representative for further details.

 

Training/On-site Implementation   

Once the system has been installed, MSI will schedule an on-site training session for your staff at your municipality using your data.  Our approach is to send a trainer for a couple of days per week over a period of several weeks.  We believe this approach will allow you the opportunity to build your knowledge gradually, without being overwhelmed with ‘too much, too soon’.  This approach also provides you with the opportunity to apply what you learn in your day-to-day work throughout the course of your MSI training.

 

Adding a new employee, or in need of a refresher? If so, MSI also offers small group, hands-on training classes on an ongoing basis at the MSI Training Center.  Click here for a current class schedule.

 

Software Support

Once your municipality has been trained and 'goes live', Municipal Software offers a software service agreement that  includes unlimited technical support. MSI support hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.  24 hour support is available upon request.  Click here for additional information about our software support services.

 

Quarterly User Group Meetings
